The position of Sales field support is within our IDDM-Japan located at Tokyo/Osaka. This role will Inspection equipment demonstration and usage support
This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Our main business is field support (60%) of our diagnostic equipment (gene testing equipment, etc.), regular maintenance (20%), and general repair (20%))

• Respond to complaints in accordance with the Abbott Division's procedures in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law
薬事法に基づくアボット部門の手続きに従って苦情に対応する |
| 応募要件 |
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
•学歴 大卒者、高等専門学校、大学院
•第一種 運転免許普通自動車
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•検査機器、医療機器業界経験者、サービスエンジニア経験者 優遇
医療従事者（看護師・検査技師・臨床工学技士・診療放射線技師）
•PC skills (Exel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
PCスキル（Exel、Word、PowerPoint等）
COMPETENCIES:
•技術的なサポートを通じて顧客との良好なコミュニケーションを構築できる
•社内でのコミュニケーションを良好に行える
